On Saturday 17 October, Ho Chi Minh City hosts four major shows on the same night. For fans it is a hard choice. For event technicians it is a night when the whole city shares one pool of equipment.

Four shows, one night
Phung Khanh Linh plays Phu Tho Indoor Stadium, Tiffany Young plays Nguyen Du Gymnasium, Anh Trai Vuot Ngan Chong Gai season 2 runs on 17 and 18 October at Phu Long and The Global City, and the young artists of Tinh Ha also perform.
What one concert needs
An arena show typically needs hundreds of stage lights, tens of square metres of LED screen, a flown line array, sound and lighting consoles, rigging crews and several days of rehearsal. Outdoor shows add roofs, wind-rated structures and backup power.

When four stages need the same gear
With four shows at once, equipment, trucks and crews are booked early. Late bookings mean fewer options and higher prices. Hoan Vu's advice after more than 26 years in events: lock the stage plan three to four weeks ahead, reserve LED screens and flown audio as soon as dates are set, and schedule a full rehearsal with backups for every system.

Hoan Vu handles stage, screens, filming, streaming and ticketing end to end.
